财联社2月3日电，古巴外交部副部长德科西奥当地时间2月2日表示，古巴与美国尚未如美国总统特朗普近期宣称的“已展开对话”。德科西奥称，两国政府就移民和毒品走私问题一直保持常规对话，但针对近期双边紧张局势尚未开展正式对话。德科西奥强调，只要尊重古巴的政治模式，古巴愿意通过“非正式对话”解决两国间的“分歧”。 (央视新闻)
