澳大利亚上市企业科里亚公司 2 月 2 日宣布，将与美国奥拉联合集团完成合并，这笔交易对这家科技企业的估值约为 9.72 亿澳元（折合 6.7564 亿美元）。
根据此次拟议收购方案，奥拉集团将以每股 0.72 澳元的隐含价格收购科里亚公司全部股份。
