2月2日，珍宝岛（603567）发布公告，控股股东黑龙江创达集团有限公司发行的可交换公司债券换股价格将从8.57元/股自动下修至7.75元/股。
截至2026年1月30日，标的股票出现了在换股期内连续30个交易日中已有10个交易日的收盘价低于10 元/股的情况，触发募集说明书约定的换股价格自动下修条款。
2025年前三季度，珍宝岛实现收入9.19亿元，归母净利润-3.73亿元。
