格隆汇2月2日｜英国房屋抵押贷款协会数据显示，英国房价1月同比上涨1.0%，涨幅超出预期，创下自2025年11月以来的最大涨幅。英国房价1月环比上涨0.3%，而去年12月环比下跌0.4%。英国房屋抵押贷款协会指出，过去一年首次购房者的负担能力和需求似乎有所改善，购房抵押贷款批准数量仍接近新冠疫情前的水平。
