1月30日，福建省政协十三届四次会议举行第三次全体会议。
根据投票结果，叶飞文当选为十三届省政协常务委员。

叶飞文，男，汉族，1966年7月出生，中共党员，研究生学历，经济学博士，研究员。
他曾任福建省发改委综合处处长，福建省发改委副巡视员，福建省发改委副主任等职。
