针对社会关注的“网络开盒”等新型网络暴力，最高人民检察院近日发布一批个人信息保护检察公益诉讼典型案例。其中，浙江杭州检察机关对一非法利用“社工库”机器人收集散布公民个人信息的团伙，依法提起民事公益诉讼，通过“刑事+民事”双重追责加大惩戒力度。从个案严惩到类案治理，公益诉讼成为个人信息保护的法治利器。（图文：张博森）
