据新华社北京1月30日电 针对美国总统特朗普29日签署行政令，威胁对向古巴提供石油的国家输美商品加征从价关税，外交部发言人郭嘉昆30日在例行记者会上说，中方坚定支持古巴维护国家主权和安全、反对外来干涉，坚决反对剥夺古巴人民生存权、发展权的举动和非人道行为。（记者朱超、袁睿）
