财联社1月30日电，据CCTV国际时讯，俄罗斯外交部1月29日发布的消息，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫在接受土耳其媒体采访时表示，俄罗斯将此次俄乌冲突视为俄罗斯与西方之间的全面对抗。拉夫罗夫还重申，俄方不接受乌克兰再次寻求“至少60天或更长时间停火”——这是因为“俄罗斯对乌克兰发起特别军事行动近4年来，任何一次停火都被乌方用来补充武器和兵力，为乌方换取喘息之机积蓄力量继续对俄作战”。
