1月30日，据梅赛德斯-奔驰消息，新一代梅赛德斯-奔驰S级轿车全球首秀。据介绍，新车车身更大，长轴距版本车长5304mm；发光格栅尺寸增加20%，首创前排安全带加热，首次采用发光立标。奔驰方面称该车最全面改款，超50%的部件全新开发或优化升级。
