财联社1月29日电，上海建工(600170.SH)公告称，持股5%以上股东上海国盛（集团）有限公司计划自2026年3月3日至2026年6月2日，以集中竞价方式减持不超过8,885.93万股，以大宗交易方式减持不超过1.77亿股，合计减持不超过2.67亿股，占公司总股本不超过3.00%；减持原因为优化国有股权结构；股份来源为行政划转取得。
