最近一周，淄博中心城区便民市场、超市蔬菜全线涨价，辣椒、西红柿、香菜涨幅尤为明显。1月28日记者走访淄博高新区南营综合市场实测，香菜飙至18元一斤，辣椒每斤突破8元，西红柿每斤也超6元。降温加部分蔬菜供应紧张，同时叠加春节备货需求激增，多重因素推高菜价。
