滨海能源公告称，此前公司控股股东旭阳控股拟为全资子公司翔福新能源增资6.8亿元，其中3.48亿元计入注册资本，3.32亿元计入资本公积。增资完成后，翔福新能源注册资本由6亿元增至9.48亿元，公司持股比例变为63.3%，旭阳控股为36.7%。近日，翔福新能源已就本次增资完成工商变更登记，并取得新《营业执照》。
