IT之家 1 月 28 日消息，台媒《电子时报》今日报道称，英伟达将在 "Rubin" GPU 的下一代 —— 预计 2028 年登场的 "Feynman"（费曼）上导入英特尔代工的先进制程与先进封装技术。
具体来看，Feynman 的 GPU Die 部分仍交由台积电代工，I/O Die 则会部分采用英特尔代工的 Intel 18A 或 Intel 14A 先进制程；后端先进封装部分，英特尔代工将以 EMIB 最多承担 1/4，剩余 3/4 由台积电负责。
