当地时间1月26日，私募资本集团CVC宣布达成协议，以现金加股权交易收购信贷管理公司Marathon Asset Management，基本对价最高可达12亿美元，外加与Marathon未来业绩挂钩的4亿美元或有对价。
这笔交易预计将在第三季度完成，将使CVC的计费管理资产增加170亿欧元。
