1月26日，市民政局发布消息，杏花岭区永福巷被命名。
永福巷，位于巨轮街道。南北走向。北起胜利街，向南160米止。长160米、宽8米。寓意居民生活幸福美满而得名。驻地有中铝十二冶金建设公司、棕榈佳园小区。（记者 弓凤飞）
