The 2026 National Youth Volleyball Challenge has kicked off!
A total of 19 youth teams and 3 high-level university teams are participating. The tournament is being held across four cities: Qinhuangdao, Shangrao, Jiangmen, and Qidong.
The first stage of the men's competition, involving 12 teams, is taking place at the Shangrao Sports Center in Jiangxi Province.
The first stage of the women's competition, involving 10 teams, is being held at the Qinhuangdao training base. It is reported that Chen Zhande, head coach of the Nanjing Normal University women's volleyball team, will be a referee. Former Chinese women's volleyball team captain Hui Ruoqi will join the coaching staff.
