2026年1月26日，经省委、省政府批准，以调整肥西县上派镇管辖范围为主，小幅变更肥西县桃花镇、紫蓬镇、花岗镇部分行政区域界线，设立肥西县幸福坝街道、中派街道、紫云街道、群英街道。
调整后，幸福坝街道办事处驻大柳塘社区，中派街道办事处驻灯塔社区，紫云街道办事处驻西安社区，群英街道办事处驻董岗社区，上派镇政府驻凉亭社区。
