新京报讯（记者吴为）北京市十六届人大四次会议1月25日开幕。北京市市长殷勇作政府工作报告。
今年，北京将实施稳岗扩容提质行动，城镇新增就业不少于28万人。稳定高校毕业生等重点群体就业，提供不少于10万个高校毕业生就业岗位，保持零就业家庭动态清零。
