1月23日下午，参加北京市政协十四届四次会议的委员们陆续报到。来自社科界别的北京市政协委员沈腾关注到就医续方患者与普通看病患者分流问题。他建议医院应设立续方专门通道，实现开药患者和看病患者的有效分流，同时整合周边药品资源，进一步节省患者就医时间。
