关于规范门诊特殊疾病类待遇
起付标准的通知
吉医保办〔2026〕1号
各市（州）医疗保障局，长白山管委会医疗保障局，梅河口市医疗保障局：
为进一步规范参照住院待遇支付的门诊类待遇政策，切实减轻罹患多病种参保人员医疗费用负担，自2026年2月1日起，门诊特殊疾病类待遇（包括门诊特殊疾病、“双通道”药品）年度起付标准合并计算，收取一次。
特此通知。
