人民财讯1月23日电，美凯龙(601828)1月23日公告，公司预计2025年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为亏损150亿元—225亿元，上年同期归属于母公司所有者的净利润为亏损29.83亿元。公司2025年度的亏损主要缘于投资性房地产公允价值变动损失以及相关资产的减值损失。
