格隆汇1月23日丨中加国信(00899.HK)宣布，其已批准梁金祥由独立非执行董事调职为非执行董事(「调职」)，自2026年1月23日起生效。自 2026年1月23日起，苏定江获委任为独立非执行董事。梁金祥已辞任公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自之主席。苏定江亦已获委任为公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自之主席。
