中央纪委国家监委网站讯 据甘肃省纪委监委消息：甘肃省高级人民法院原党组成员、副院长陈天雄涉嫌严重违纪违法，主动投案，目前正接受甘肃省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
陈天雄，男，汉族，1963年11月出生，河南偃师人，中共党员。1986年6月加入中国共产党，1986年7月参加工作，西北师范大学数学专业毕业，大学学历，理学学士，兰州大学区域经济研究生班在职学习毕业，研究生文化程度。
