据央视新闻消息，1月23日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆主持例行记者会。有记者就有报道称，美方表示，美国政府允许中国购买委内瑞拉石油，但不得沿用之前所谓“不公平低价倾销”的价格一事提问。
对此，郭嘉昆表示，委内瑞拉是主权国家，有权自主选择合作伙伴。
