据报道，由俄罗斯、美国、乌克兰三国代表组成的安全问题工作组首次会议计划23日在阿联酋首都阿布扎比举行。
外交部发言人郭嘉昆23日在例行记者会上对此表示，中方在乌克兰危机问题上的立场是一贯的、明确的，对话谈判是解决乌克兰危机的唯一正确道路。
