国务院新闻办公室今天上午举行新闻发布会，国家知识产权局介绍2025年知识产权工作进展情况。
会上介绍，近日，全国人大就商标法修订草案公开征求意见，明确针对不以使用为目的、明显超出正常生产经营需要的商标申请不予注册，更大力度规制商标恶意抢注和囤积行为；针对以误导公众方式使用的“心机商标”，加大整治力度，情形严重的撤销商标。
