1月22日，一汽解放（000800）发布公告，董事会秘书王建勋因工作调整申请辞职，辞职后仍在公司担任其他职务。
在董事会秘书空缺期间，董事兼总经理于长信将代行董事会秘书职责，公司将尽快完成新任董事会秘书的聘任工作。
2025年前三季度，一汽解放实现收入439.96亿元，归母净利润3.72亿元。
