1月22日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆主持例行记者会。有记者就中国与叙利亚关系相关问题提问。
对此，郭嘉昆表示，“东伊运”是中国依法认定、联合国安理会列明的恐怖组织。叙利亚承诺不会允许任何实体利用叙利亚领土从事损害中国安全主权和利益的活动。
