1月20日，漳州市十七届人大常委会举行第三十八次会议。会议表决通过有关人事任免事项。因工作岗位变动，接受兰万安辞去漳州市人民政府副市长职务的请求。
兰万安，男，畲族，1966年3月生，致公党党员，大学学历，法律硕士。
