1月21日，受强冷空气持续影响，青岛市区气温全天维持在-7℃至-2℃之间，伴随凛冽的偏北风，体感温度更低。
在市区街头，出行的市民普遍“厚衣加身”，除了羽绒服、加厚棉帽、围巾和手套，不少人还戴上了口罩保暖，将全身包裹得严严实实。本轮低温天气预计还将持续多日，提醒市民继续做好防寒保暖措施。
