1月21日晚间，龙旗科技在港交所公告最终发售价及配发结果，香港公开发售获1149.76倍认购，国际发售获9.02倍认购；发售价31港元，所得款项净额15.199亿港元，H股股份将于2026年1月22日开始在香港联交所买卖。
