据内蒙古自治区防汛抗旱指挥部办公室消息，目前黄河内蒙古段累计封河长度637公里，经水利、气象部门联合会商研判，未来一段时间内气温波动较为平稳，黄河内蒙古段进入稳定封河期。
截至21日10时，黄河内蒙古段封河以海勃湾水利枢纽为界呈上下两段，上段海勃湾水利枢纽坝址以上封冻34公里，下段三盛公水利枢纽库区至万家寨水利枢纽坝址河段封冻603公里。（新华社）
