1月20日，不少网友反馈深圳地铁5号线发生了意外，很多人在跑。
1月20日晚，@深圳地铁 发布运营事件通报：
1月20日19:40左右，5号线一列车行驶至兴东至留仙洞站区间时，一乘客因情绪失控导致周围乘客避让。事发后，列车安全员及时将该名乘客带至留仙洞站进行安抚。事件未对5号线列车正常运行造成影响。
