新京报贝壳财经讯 1月19日，中微半导公告，近日，公司即将推出首款非易失性存储器芯片，该产品为4M bit容量的低功耗SPI NOR Flash，存储阵列共2048个可编程页，每页容量为256字节，单次可编程写入数据量最高可达256字节，支持多种擦除模式，具有低成本、低功耗、SPI高速读写、掉电不丢失特点，适配小存储需求场景。
