中国气象局1月18日18时升级调整重大气象灾害（寒潮）四级应急响应为（寒潮、冰冻、暴雪）三级。中央气象台18日18时继续发布寒潮黄色预警，同时发布冰冻黄色预警和暴雪蓝色预警。
寒潮来袭，全国多地迅速启动应急联动机制，各部门闻雪而动，全力保障民生，筑牢温暖防线。
