1月18日，信立泰（002294）发布公告，公司董事沈清因个人原因辞去董事职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
此外，公司召开职工代表大会，选举许文杰为公司第六届董事会职工代表董事，任期与董事会一致。
2025年前三季度，信立泰实现收入32.41亿元，归母净利润5.81亿元。
