据港交所文件，1月16日，半亩花田母公司山东花物堂化妆品股份有限公司向港交所递交上市申请，中信证券为独家保荐人。据文件披露，该公司经调整净利润由2023年的人民币2370万元增加249.4%至2024年的人民币8280万元，并由截至2024年9月30日止九个月的人民币4970万元增加197.2%至2025年同期的人民币1.477亿元。
