1月16日，奥克股份（300082）发布公告，董事会于2026年1月15日收到公司副总裁张洪林递交的书面退休辞职申请，因达到法定退休年龄，申请不再担任副总裁职务。辞任后，其所负责的工作将由现任副总裁陈杨英接任，张洪林将接受公司返聘，继续担任高级技术专家，工作变动不会影响公司生产经营的正常进行。
2025年前三季度，奥克股份实现收入31.58亿元，归母净利润-656万元。
