格隆汇1月16日丨科伦博泰生物-B(06990.HK)公告，有关2023年研发相关药物及消耗品框架协议，该协议已于2025年12月31日届满。鉴于上述情况，于2026年1月16日，公司订立了2026年研发相关物资框架协议，期限由2026年1月16日起至2028年12月31日止，据此，公司同意于2026年研发相关物资框架协议期限内，不时向华润科伦及╱或其附属公司采购研发相关药物、消耗品及固定资产。
