1月16日，金博股份（688598）发布公告，公司预计2025年度归母净亏损约14亿元，去年同期亏损8.1亿元；扣非归母净亏损14.4亿元左右，去年同期亏损8.5亿元。
2025年，公司实现了“锂电+交通”两大新业务的快速拓展，成为了公司业绩增长的核心引擎。同时，公司计提资产减值损失约10.64亿元。
2025年前三季度，金博股份实现收入6.18亿元，归母净利润-2.76亿元。
