人民财讯1月16日电，近日，理想万里晖半导体设备（上海）股份有限公司在先进光伏技术集成领域取得里程碑式进展——由公司完整设计与集成的 “面向太空环境的超薄柔性异质结（HJT）电池AI示范线” 已全线建成并成功贯通。该平台顺利产出首批P型超薄柔性HJT电池，其核心电性能与机械性能均达预定目标。
