格隆汇1月16日丨鼎信通讯(603421.SH)公布，公司收到持股5%以上股东王天宇先生函告，获悉其于2026年1月14日至2026年1月16日期间通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份数量132.28万股。本次权益变动后，王天宇先生持股比例由6.14%减少至5.94%，权益变动触及1%整数倍刻度。
