人民财讯1月16日电，1月16日，由第一创业联合国家金融与发展实验室主办、深圳市第一创业债券研究院承办的“2026债券市场年度论坛”在北京举办。摩根士丹利中国首席经济学家邢自强表示，预计2026年—2027年财政扩张将更加温和，其认为政策在2026年仍将以供给侧为主，随后在2027年逐步向消费侧倾斜。
