1月15日，关键矿产开采领域企业Critical Metals Corp.（Nasdaq: CRML）宣布，已与沙特跨国多元化工业集团Tariq Abdel Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Brothers Company（TQB）就成立50:50的合资企业签署非约束性条款书。该条款书拟定了投资高达15亿美元在沙特建设稀土加工厂的开发、融资、建设和运营框架，构建完全一体化的矿产开采至加工供应链。协议包含将Tanbreez项目25%的稀土精矿产量长期供应至沙特的承购权。
