人民财讯1月15日电，海南发展(002163)1月15日发布业绩预告，预计2025年净利润亏损4.4亿元—5.65亿元，上年同期亏损3.79亿元。报告期内，受光伏玻璃行业影响，控股子公司海控三鑫持续亏损。公司申请其破产清算。在责任范围内承担海控三鑫超额亏损，导致公司较上年同期增亏。
海南发展同日公告，2025年第四季度装修装饰业务新签订单金额合计16.49亿元，中标未签订单金额合计4.18亿元。
