1月15日，激智科技（300566）发布公告，公司受让弘信创业工场投资集团股份有限公司持有的厦门云创星宸创业投资合伙企业1575万元财产份额，成为其3.00%的合伙人。此次投资基金主要用于投资AI大模型公司。
2025年前三季度，激智科技实现收入16.28亿元，归母净利润1.67亿元。
