1月15日，同兴科技（003027）发布公告，公司董事会秘书初宏洲因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
在董事会秘书空缺期间，董事长郑光明将代行董事会秘书职责，公司将尽快按照法定程序完成新任董事会秘书的聘任工作。
2025年前三季度，同兴科技实现收入5.62亿元，归母净利润6198万元。
