快科技1月15日消息，Windows的每次更新，毫不例外都会带来新的Bug。
日前微软例行发布了Windows 10/11的2026年1月累计更新，这次更新带来了大量的修复和改进，但同时也引入了一个新的Bug，导致部分用户无法使用远程桌面功能。
微软在官方网站上确认，许多Windows 10/11和Windows Server的用户反馈，在安装2026年1月的更新（KB5074109）后，通过Windows App使用Windows 365和Azure虚拟桌面（AVD）进行远程桌面连接时，会遇到"凭据提示失败"的问题。
受影响的平台包括Windows 11版本25H2和24H2，以及Windows Server 2025、2022和2019。
此次Bug对商用客户的影响较大，因为大多数使用Windows 365和AVD进行远程桌面连接的用户为商业或企业客户。
目前，微软团队已经开始调查和修复工作，作为临时方案，用户可以改用传统Remote Desktop App，或使用Windows App的在线Web界面进行连接，直到微软修复这一问题。
