财联社1月15日电，据报道，欧盟网站公布的消息显示，自2月1日起，欧盟将把俄罗斯石油的价格上限从每桶47.60美元下调至44.10美元。在此价格上限之上的俄罗斯石油，欧盟企业将不得参与其运输及提供相关服务。欧盟对俄罗斯石油的价格上限最初于2022年12月设定为60美元，但在2025年9月3日降至47.60美元。
