据报道，近日市场传出万豪国际拟策略性收购郑氏家族周大福企业旗下瑰丽酒店集团。万豪国际回应称，不会对并购或其他交易的传闻或猜测发表评论。瑰丽酒店集团则回应称，瑰丽酒店集团及其旗下品牌均不出售，所有酒店均照常运营，“我们将坚定不移地履行对各利益相关方的长期承诺”。
